First of all WOW! This piece is beautiful! It came very well protected in the packaging. Seller was great in communicating any shipping time delays. The tree and wood is lighter in weight than I thought it would be, which will be great for hanging it up. I ordered with brown wood finish, and two 3 inch copper locks. I can’t wait to display this at our wedding! It’s perfect!

Shipping charges will not be refunded to buyer. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in the original condition. Refund of items cost will be issued upon arrival of items.

When & How Will My Order Be Shipped?
Our processing time on all orders is 3 – 5 business days. Once it ships you should receive an email with the tracking information. We primarily use USPS to ship all our orders.
Your order will be packaged in material such as bubble wrap, foam, packing peanuts, and/or brown paper to ensure safe delivery. Then placed in the appropriate mailing package. We try our best to use recycled materials so the packaging and wrapping is clean, neat and practical.
