Every item is hand made by craftsmen and as such will be unique, it won’t have “machine quality”. All our padlocks are individually finished, therefore slight changes in color shade, texture, degree of distress might occur.

LOVE, ordered the copper and it is perfect, came quickly, and perfectly displayed the coordinates of our ceremony. We locked our rings on here for our ring bearer to walk them down the aisle (and not lose them in the sand!) we unlocked them during the ceremony, it was perfect!

we forgot to add the letters to the locks, but the shop was helpful and added them for us after placing order. they are heavier than expected but that is okay. we love them and cant wait to use them for our special day. thank you!

Conditions of Return
Shipping charges will not be refunded to buyer. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in the original condition. Refund of items cost will be issued upon arrival of items.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Will my padlock come with keys?
Yes! Locks include two brass keys .
Can I Rush My Order?
Yes, we can most definitely rush your order! Visit our Rush My order! section in our shop to purchase upgrade options to bump your order to the top of the list! If you have a larger order please contact us.
When & How Will My Order Be Shipped?
Our processing time on all orders is 3 – 5 business days. Once it ships you should receive an email with the tracking information. We primarily use USPS to ship all our orders.
Your order will be packaged in material such as bubble wrap, foam, packing peanuts, and/or brown paper to ensure safe delivery. Then placed in the appropriate mailing package. We try our best to use recycled materials so the packaging and wrapping is clean, neat and practical.
