What is your return policy?

– If there are any problems, please let me know and I will try to correct the problem.
– I offer refunds within 7 days of receipt of non-custom goods.
– Shipping cost for the return of the goods will be borne by the buyer. I will process the refund upon receipt of the goods.
– Damaged goods cannot be returned.


Usually I ship the day after payment. If the order is small, I send in a padded envelope. For large orders and fragile items I prefer to use boxes.
The shipping cost in each listing refers to Priority Mail, the less expensive type of shipping. For this reason I can provide you a tracking number. However I will not be responsible for lost packages.
If you want a different shipping please let me know before the payment and I’ll revise the shipping cost.

Do you offer rush service?

Yes, we do. Please contact me if you need your order shipped within 48 hours. A rush fee of $10 will be applied.
